Q.What happens on the discovery call?
A focused 20-minute conversation to understand where you are, what you need, and whether the sprint format is the right fit. If it is, we confirm scope, format, and investment. If it isn’t, we’ll say so and point you toward something that is.
Q.What if I’m not sure which format I need?
That’s exactly what the discovery call is for. We’ll assess the scope of what needs doing and recommend the format that fits. Most clients know within the first five minutes of the call which one is right.
Q.Do I need to prepare anything before the sprint?
Yes. You’ll complete a focused pre-sprint brief that helps us arrive fully prepared. The brief takes roughly 30–45 minutes and covers your business, audience, positioning, and goals. The more considered your brief, the more effective your sprint.
Q.Is the website live at the end of the five-day sprint?
Yes. The five-day sprint delivers a complete, live 5–7 page website alongside the full brand identity system, guidelines, and marketing templates. You leave with everything ready to use, not a mockup to hand to a developer.
Q.What if I need more pages?
Add them. Additional pages can be added to any sprint, with custom pricing scoped on the discovery call. Tell us what you need and we’ll price it before anything is scheduled.
Q.Do you build the website, or just design it?
Both. We design and develop every client website ourselves. No handoff to a third-party developer. The site you approve is the site that goes live.
Q.How quickly can we start?
Sprints typically begin within three weeks, depending on the sprint schedule. Spots fill quickly. If your timing matters, book the discovery call sooner rather than later.
Q.How does payment work?
The investment is due at scheduling. That reserves your sprint spot, and it is what guarantees delivery without delays. Your dates are locked from the moment you book them.
